Laser Technician / Medical Aesthetician - Laser Hair Removal & IPL Specialist Join a Growing, High-Performance Medical Aesthetics Practice We're seeking an experienced Laser Technician / Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while confidently recommending treatment plans that improve outcomes and grow the practice. This is not a position for someone who simply performs treatments. We're looking for a professional who understands the consultation process, builds trust quickly, educates patients, and confidently closes treatment packages. What You'll Do Perform Laser Hair Removal treatments safely and effectively. Perform IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) photofacial treatments. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations. Recommend customized treatment plans based on patient goals. Educate patients on treatment expectations, pre/post care, and package options. Consistently convert consultations into treatment packages. Maintain accurate patient documentation. Deliver an exceptional patient experience that results in referrals and repeat business. Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly revenue and performance goals. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience performing Laser Hair Removal and IPL treatments. Current Florida Laser Certification (or equivalent qualifications required by state regulations). Strong understanding of skin types, contraindications, and laser safety protocols. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to sell treatment plans and close packages with confidence and integrity. Professional, polished, and positive demeanor.
