We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, fast, and reliable repair services for MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, iPads, and more. We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Apple Certified Technician to join our team at our Weston, Florida store . Job Responsibilities Diagnose and Repair:
Perform high-quality diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of Apple devices (MacBook Pro/Air, iMac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, etc.).
Hardware & Software Troubleshooting:
Handle component-level replacements (screens, batteries, logic boards, keyboards) and resolve macOS/iOS software conflicts, data recovery, and OS reinstalls.
Quality Assurance:
Test repaired devices thoroughly to ensure they meet performance standards before returning them to clients.
Customer Service:
Explain technical issues and repair options to customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
Inventory & Record Keeping:
Maintain clean workstations, track parts inventory, and update repair statuses accurately within our point-of-sale (POS) system.
Qualifications & Skills Certification:
Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT), Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT), or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) is
REQUIRED
.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience repairing Apple hardware (micro-soldering or board-level repair experience is a huge plus!).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Apple ecosystems, macOS, iOS, and precision repair tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a warm, approachable attitude when interacting with customers.
Eligibility:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to reliably commute to the Weston store location.
