Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Imaging & Surgical Planning Specialist to support the creation of pre-operative surgical plans using advanced medical imaging technology. In this role, you'll review CT scans, create 3D anatomical models, and assist in developing surgical plans that support robotic-assisted orthopedic procedures. Key Responsibilities Review CT scans to ensure they meet required imaging standards. Use specialized software to create 3D anatomical bone models from CT images. Develop pre-operative surgical plans for orthopedic procedures. Review completed plans for accuracy, including anatomical landmarks and implant positioning. Upload completed surgical plans to the appropriate teams. Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures. Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of work experience or an Associate's degree or higher. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures. Comfortable working with computers and specialized software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred. Experience with medical imaging software, Salesforce, or Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Background in Radiology (CT, MRI, X-ray), Nursing, Healthcare, or Human Anatomy is highly preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to distinguish colors accurately on a computer screen and meet standard vision requirements (with or without corrective lenses). This role is ideal for candidates with a healthcare, radiology, anatomy, or medical imaging background who enjoy working with technology and contributing to advanced surgical planning in a collaborative environment. #
