You will drive operational uptime by diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring our clients' facilities remain fully functional and efficient. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions in commercial-grade washers, dryers, and ironers. Execute precise equipment installations and provide hands-on support for site-wide system upgrades. Maintain high service standards by documenting all repair activities, parts usage, and service logs through digital ticketing systems. Foster strong client relationships by providing clear communication regarding repair timelines and technical solutions. Manage inventory and service vehicle maintenance to ensure readiness for daily field dispatches. Collaborate with internal departments, including parts and management, to streamline the service workflow and improve turnaround times. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical repair. Proven ability to interpret technical schematics and electrical diagrams. Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring kneeling, bending, and climbing. Preferred Skills Prior experience servicing commercial laundry or similar industrial machinery. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) for reporting and communication. Experience with remote dispatch software or digital work-order management systems. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to independent field work.
