E LECTRONICS TECHNICIAN
Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, paying attention to the details, and building quality products? We are seeking an Electronics Technician to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Marietta, GA . In this role, you'll work with electronic driver components in a production environment where quality, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. If you enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and taking pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you. This is a direct-hire opportunity Pay Rate Starting at $ 30.00 per hour; can increase based on experience Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7: 00 am to 4: 00 pm. Electronics Technician Duties and Responsibilities- Assemble electronic driver components according to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
- Follow electronic manufacturing processes and work instructions to ensure product accuracy.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals while maintaining quality expectations.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
- Communicate progress and production updates with supervisors and team members. Electronics Technician Qualifications and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience operating SMT equipment and pick-and-place machines.
- Proficient in hand soldering electronic components and performing PCB rework as needed.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve assembly and production issues.
- Training is not provided; candidates must have previous PCB assembly, SMT, pick-and-place, and soldering experience.
