Maintenance Tooling Team Members are expected to have excellent attendance and be able to communicate quickly and efficiently. We are looking for eager learners that can work weekends and holidays when other workers are not present and when equipment can safely be maintained and/or replaced. This position calls for self-starters that will seek out information and training while working in the position. Starting wage is $25.59 per hour. This position rotates shifts .Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and managing production tooling and related equipment to ensure optimal performance, minimizing downtime, and support continuous production operations. Tool Calibration & Inspection Perform regular calibration of production tools according to schedule and standards. Conduct routine inspections to ensure accuracy and reliability. Preventive Maintenance (PM) Execute scheduled PM activities for line tools, jigs, rails, and associated equipment. Document and report PM completion and findings. Tooling Asset Management Manage and maintain tooling inventory, including jigs, cables, rails, and spare parts. Track and control tooling lifecycle and replacement needs. Downtime Management Monitor and analyze tooling-related downtime. Implement corrective actions to reduce recurrence and improve uptime. Consumable & Spare Parts Control Manage tooling consumables and ensure timely replenishment. Maintain accurate records of usage and stock levels. Reporting & Documentation Prepare regular reports on calibration status, PM activities, downtime analysis, and consumable usage. Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit requirements.Qualifications:

Intermediate Additional/Other Requirements Basic knowledge of tooling systems, calibration, and preventive maintenance. Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry. Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory and maintenance tracking.
