Job Description

OneSparQ is looking for Controls Engineer for a growing engineering firm in White, GA.

Responsibilities:

Setup instrumentations Review Panels that have already been wired to ensure wiring is correct. Confirm HMI and motors have been set up correct. Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLC systems utilizing Rockwell Automation. Perform I/O checkout, commissioning, and field troubleshooting. Support automation project across the food and beverage industry. Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to ensure successful project execution and system performance.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer Hands-on experience programming Rockwell Automation PLC systems, including ControlLogix Studio 5000 Standard or Pro Electrical experience up to 480 volts to verify motor wiring and validate against blueprints/drawings Experience setting up instrumentation Technical experience performing I/O checkout and commissioning

Additional Skills:

Panel View HMI experience including Factory Talk Panel View

ME OSHA 30

certification Food and beverage experience #priority

Pay:

$50.00 - $70.00 per hour
