Soldering Technician

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Soldering Technician for a company in Cedar Falls. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on electronics experience who enjoys detailed, technical work and takes pride in precision.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair ASIC miners and hash boards Perform precision micro-soldering, including chip replacement and circuit board repair Identify faulty components using testing tools and technical documentation Test and validate repaired equipment to ensure quality and performance standards Accurately document repairs, parts used, and results in the tracking system Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Stay up to date on Bitcoin mining hardware and evolving repair techniques

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience with micro-soldering and electronics repair Experience working with circuit boards, computer hardware, or similar components Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit functionality Ability to read and interpret schematics, board layouts, and technical documents High attention to detail and steady hand for precision work Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Nice to Have (But Not Required): Experience with ASIC miners or crypto mining hardware Background in electronics, electrical technology, or a related field How to
