Why Technicians Choose This Company PLC-driven troubleshooting — real diagnostics, not just parts replacement Strong culture & leadership — approachable management that understands controls and field realities Low turnover — many techs stay long-term due to respect and support Realistic travel expectations — regional focus with reasonable scheduling Team environment — strong internal engineering and controls support when needed What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites Perform PLC-level diagnostics including I/O checks, fault tracing, and logic review Work with Allen-Bradley PLCs (experience with similar platforms welcomed) Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and control diagrams Support equipment installation, startup, and commissioning What We're Looking For Experience as a Field Service Technician, Controls Technician, or Maintenance Technician Strong PLC troubleshooting proficiency (Allen-Bradley preferred) Solid electrical troubleshooting skills (24VDC, 120/480VAC) Mechanical aptitude with industrial equipment Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement Paid training and ongoing technical support 📩 Interested?
