This position requires strong technical expertise, quick response to breakdowns, and advanced problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair Allen-Bradley PLC systems using ladder logic Diagnose and resolve issues in HMIs, servo systems, motion control, and CNC equipment Support Fanuc robot troubleshooting and basic programming adjustments Interpret and work from electrical schematics and control diagrams Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and production downtime Perform preventive maintenance on automation and electrical systems Document maintenance activities in CMMS Support safety compliance, including LOTO, OSHA, and machine safety systems Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in industrial controls or electrical troubleshooting Strong hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and ladder logic Experience with HMI systems, servo drives, motion control, and CNC machinery Familiarity with industrial robotics (Fanuc preferred) Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Experience in automated manufacturing environments Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications PLC programming or modification experience Safety PLC and vision systems experience CNC programming exposure CMMS experience Mechatronics or Electrical Technology background (or equivalent experience) Work Environment Contract-based position Fully floor-based, hands-on manufacturing role High urgency support for equipment downtime and production needs Reports directly to Maintenance Manager
