Responsibilities Install new equipment and systems at client sites following detailed technical specifications and safety protocols Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure ongoing system performance and identify potential issues early Troubleshoot technical problems using tools such as ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance and diagnose faults accurately Repair or replace malfunctioning components swiftly to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction Document all service activities, including installation procedures, maintenance records, and repair reports with precision Communicate clearly with clients to explain technical issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations Adhere strictly to safety standards and industry regulations during all installation and service activities Experience Proven experience in installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical or mechanical systems preferred Familiarity with using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing is highly desirable Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical issues quickly and effectively Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical details to clients Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required Join us in delivering exceptional service through your technical expertise!
