Direct hire via TekPro You'll be responsible for Building custom automated machinery from engineering prints. Performing mechanical assembly, alignment, and final machine setup. Debugging and troubleshooting to hit performance targets. Partnering with engineering on improvements and build best practices. Using hand tools and basic machine shop equipment for precision work. Do you have the background? 2+ years of machine building or automation assembly experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints/engineering drawings. Comfort with hand tools and basic shop equipment. Technical training or an associate's degree is a bonus.
