  • Position Overview Seeking an Engineering Technician to perform instrumented testing and validation of machines and components using established procedures.
This role supports engineering teams by conducting tests, collecting performance data, troubleshooting issues, and helping verify products meet design specifications. Key Responsibilities Set up test configurations, including fixtures, instrumentation, part modifications, and overall test arrangements Conduct testing using both computer-controlled and mechanical control systems Collect, record, and document data utilizing digital and analog measurement equipment Communicate test progress, issues, and results with engineers and technicians Perform test teardown, cleanup, and equipment reset following testing activities Assist with troubleshooting and resolving test-related issues Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using power tools and metalworking equipment Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of mechanical systems Ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in a related technical field or equivalent hands-on experience Knowledge of refrigeration systems and related components Basic understanding of heat transfer principles Familiarity with electrical systems and PLC programming Additional Information Hands-on testing and laboratory environment Opportunity to work closely with engineering teams on product validation and performance testing Must be able to safely handle testing equipment and materials in a technical environment #LI-MH1 #INDOEM
