You will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to drive operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and execute complex repairs on advanced manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and ensure accurate documentation of all service activities. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures to restore production capacity rapidly. Perform precision repairs and overhauls on critical components including gearboxes, motors, bearings, and servo-driven systems. Optimize machine throughput by identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing proactive technical improvements. Manage facility-wide infrastructure maintenance, including power distribution systems, compressors, and climate control units. Utilize PLC programming and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot control logic and maintain high-voltage and low-voltage circuitry. Collaborate with leadership to communicate technical status updates and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Champion a culture of safety by strictly adhering to regulatory standards and proactively identifying workplace hazards. Required Skills Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field. Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical diagrams. Strong hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting, variable frequency drives, and industrial control systems. Expertise in the safe operation of power tools, diagnostic test instruments, and fabrication equipment. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly in English. Preferred Skills Experience with conveyor systems and automated material handling technology. Background in facility maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC systems. Proven track record of mentoring junior technicians or leading maintenance projects.
