Job Description
CPR Cell Phone Repair Fairview Heights is looking for someone to join our team. We are looking for someone to join our team as a technician/sales associate. The job has many responsibilities and all the team members work together to get the daily workload completed as shared duties. Our team members are friendly and courteous to customers as well as to other team members. As part of the team we expect all employees to maintain a positive attendance record and have good reliable transportation. Pay scale and raises are based on experience, performance, commissions & bonuses, and ability to learn new skills. We are looking for someone with some repair experience but we will also provide on the job training. After the probation period employees are offered the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses. Our team members need to be able to learn quickly, adapt to change when necessary, and handle the pressure of a fast paced job well. We are closed on many major holidays allowing our team member to spend time with their families for those holidays. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following things: Interact with customers Discuss repair options Create customer profile / ticket in the Point of Sale system Give accurate quotes for repairs/sales Promote accessory options for sale Provide customers with status updates Answer calls and respond to emails Repair devices Phones (iPhones and Androids) Tablets Watches Game systems Laptops Data transfers Factory reset Maintain accurate inventory Properly receive inventory in the POS Properly organize inventory in storage system Document when supplies are low so they can be correctly ordered Process transaction payments Count drawer at open and close Take payments and give accurate change Maintain a balanced drawer Keep the store clean and organized Make sure all sales displays are organized and fully stocked Make sure all workstations are tidy and well organized Keep all repair parts and pieces together with the correct device and in their respective bins Sweep and mop when needed Take out the trash There are some skills assessment / questions as part of this application process.
