Contract Job Description:

- Perform SMT and through-hole soldering of PCB and cable assemblies.

• Read and interpret circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty electronic assemblies and components.
• Execute PCB rework activities using soldering stations, hot-air tools, and microscopes.
• Support implementation of engineering change orders and manufacturing updates.
• Assist in assembly and integration of system-level products.
• Perform inspection and verification of assembled products to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and documentation related to assigned work.
• Follow safety, quality, and process requirements during all activities

What Makes You Stand Out Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum years of experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or technician-related activities.
• Hands-on experience with fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering.
• Proficiency in using rework stations, microscopes, soldering tools, and test equipment.
• Ability to understand engineering documentation and simple schematics.
• Knowledge of electronic components and packages such as BGA, SOIC, resistors, capacitors, and connectors.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
