Fiber Optic Field Technician

Keystone Fiber is looking for several self-motivated people that are open to learning an up and coming trade. We do FTTH fiber optic cable splicing, cable pulling, testing and are looking to train new people in this amazing field. The schedule is open and flexible. We are looking for Full-time contractors that have reliable transportation. This is a 1099 position and not a W2 employee position. Starting pay for instruction is $25/hour after that our contractors make between $1100 and $1400 / week for the first 2-4 weeks while still learning more about the position specifics. After that the average pay is typically $1800-$2300/week and is based off of how much work is completed. We provide the supplies needed to complete the work. All that is needed is a willingness to work and an openness to learn. Travel is not necessary, however, it is available and at times does pay significantly more.
