Drain Technician

The Drain technician will provide expert plumbing services to residential and light commercial clients. This role requires diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform drain cleaning services using tools such as augers, hydro-jetters, and camera inspection equipment for residential and commercial customers. 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer issues, identifying the root cause of blockages, backups, and slow drains. 3. Conduct video camera inspections to locate problem areas within drain and sewer lines and provide accurate assessments to customers. 4. Perform preventative maintenance services on drainage systems to reduce the likelihood of future issues. 5. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues, presenting solutions, and providing upfront pricing for recommended services. 6. Maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they are in proper working condition.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in residential installation or commercial drain cleaning. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Knowledge of residential or commercial drain systems Familiarity with drain cleaning equipment such as hydro-jetters, augers, and camera inspection equipment. Basic understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight or elevated spaces. Capable of working in various weather conditions and environments.
