In this role, you'll work with advanced CNC laser equipment in a supportive, innovative environment where accuracy and craftsmanship matter. A day in this role Configure CNC laser cutting machines based on specifications, programs, and fixtures. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers to plan each run. Continuously monitor cutting operations, verifying part quality and cycle efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running smoothly. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times. Coordinate with teammates to meet production schedules and hit deadlines. Record production data and promptly escalate discrepancies or nonconformances. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC operations preferred. Hands-on experience operating a CNC laser or similar CNC machinery. Solid understanding of CNC and laser cutting processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer skills for HMI use and data entry. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
