Job Description

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED. 3 years' experience working with up to 480-volt control, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic and fabrication in an industrial setting. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the calibration, installation and repair of instrumentation hardware for assigned equipment, and also includes responsibility for heat treat and casting equipment operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Utilizes documentation and instructions to calibrate and install various types of instrumentation hardware within a manufacturing environment. Interprets and implements required specifications according to various industry and customer standards. Evaluates Activity Instructions to ensure instrumentation requirements are accurate and aligned with required specifications. Work closely with Process Owners and Level III Technicians to assure compliance to standards and customer requirements. Maintains and updates audit and calibration schedules to meet industry and customer standards. Maintains detailed documentation as required in order to meet various audit, customer and industry requirements. Maintains and procures applicable calibration tools and standards necessary to maintain the instrumentation. Lead and assist with equipment troubleshooting, installations, repairs and rebuilds. Train others in instrumentation and equipment fundamentals. Be available for call-in and other changes in normal scheduling.
