Electric Motor Mechanic

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled AC/DC Electric Motor Mechanic to join our dynamic team. Duties Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in electric motors using schematics and diagnostic tools Repair or replace damaged components such as windings, brushes, bearings, and electrical wiring to restore motor functionality Utilize hand tools, power tools, test panels, and other specialized equipment to execute repairs efficiently Interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams to accurately troubleshoot complex electrical systems Conduct heavy lifting and physical work required for motor removal, installation, and overhaul processes Collaborate with service technicians and customers to provide expert advice on motor performance and maintenance needs Qualifications Proven experience working as an Electric Motor Mechanic or AC/DC equipment repair role with service shop backgrounds preferred Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic software for troubleshooting electrical systems Knowledge of high repair standards including customer service excellence and safety protocols Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to diagnosing issues quickly and accurately Join us if you're passionate about electrical systems and mechanical repair!
