Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Motor Repair Technicians for projects located in or around Michigan City, IN . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-$30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Assist with the disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and reassembly of AC/DC motors Inspect motor components for wear, damage, and electrical or mechanical issues Repair and replace motor components as needed Assist with testing and troubleshooting motor performance Maintain accurate service and repair records Perform both shop and occasional on-site customer work Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:
