Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled PLC Technician to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Robotics in an industrial manufacturing setting. Duties
- Detect and troubleshoot PLC malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot and maintain Robotics
- Maintain and calibrate CNC machines
- Read and interpret electrical schematics
- Work with low voltage systems
- Familiarity with E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) systems
- Knowledge of hydraulics systems
- Ability to militarize PLCs for industrial applications
- Collaborate with Industrial Electricians to ensure smooth operations Experience
- Proven experience working with PLCs in an industrial environment
- Familiarity with CNC machinery and calibration processes
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics accurately
- Knowledge of low voltage systems and E & I practices
- Experience with hydraulics systems is a plus
