Job Description

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Automation Technician to work with a leading manufacturing company in Pierceton. This role focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining advanced automation systems, including robotics and PLCs, to ensure seamless production operations and high-quality output.
Shift patterns:
Monday through Friday 10:45 pm to 7:00 am Pay rates: 70000.00 - 85000.00 USD yearly Must-have requirements for
Automation Technician:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience 5-10 years of automation systems experience Strong knowledge of Fanuc FAPT Ladder
II & III, PLC
programming, AutoCAD, and robotics Experience with networking protocols (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, Serial, DH+) Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and Servo controls Mechanical design experience with SolidWorks is a plus Desirable requirements for
Automation Technician:
Training, CNC and PLC programming, motion control programming, operator interface programming and fault recovery, robotic, vision and facility systems programming and implementation Troubleshooting, engineering, integration, and programming of automated systems Works with Quality in the implementation of defect detection and scrap reduction Updates existing systems as required Role for

Develop, debug, and implement complex automation systems and machinery Troubleshoot and program PC/PLC logic, servo motion, and HMI displays Design and integrate robotic systems, including Fanuc programming and interface design Create electrical panels, wiring diagrams, and system layouts using AutoCAD Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Project Management teams to optimize performance Train personnel in automation processes and best practices Assist in production equipment troubleshooting and defect detection Stay up to date with new automation technologies and safety standards Benefits for
