JOB DETAILS

Job Title:

Night Shift Laser Cut Operator Company:

Trifecta Medical Job duties and requirements include but are not limited to:

• Operate laser cutting machines to cut and shape metal materials according to specifications
• Set up and adjust laser cutting parameters for different materials and thicknesses
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and productivity
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser cutting equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20lbs and maximum lift of 50lbs.

Skills:

• Proficient in basic math calculations for measurements and dimensions
• Knowledge of tooling and equipment used in laser cutting operations
• Experience with plasma cutting and laser cutting techniques
• Ability to perform quality inspections using tools such as micrometers and gauges
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles
• Experience programming and operating CNC machines for laser cutting
• Knowledge of press brake machines for bending and fabricating metal materials
