Tuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, employee discounts, and more What You Will Be Doing As an Associate Repair Tech, you will play a key role in our repair depot operations by: Performing repairs on units under direct or limited supervision, following written work instructions
Inspecting unit housing (internal and external) to assess repairable vs. non-repairable damage
Reading and following technical service procedures to evaluate unit performance
Inspecting and accurately interpreting test prints or images
Performing firmware upgrades
Conducting final testing to confirm repair results
Accessing and using diagnostic programs
Entering data using available reporting systems
Maintaining efficiency, yield, and quality standards while performing assigned tasks
Accurately maintaining electronic and paper records
Supporting depot operations by performing other duties as assigned by management What You Will Bring Your background and experience should include: Basic understanding of electronics or mechanical systems preferred
Ability to follow written instructions and technical procedures accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Familiarity with computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
Good communication and teamwork skills The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $20.00 and $21.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
