You will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure the successful execution of engineering tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of our operations. In this role, you will impact the timely delivery and quality of engineering projects by providing essential technical support, troubleshooting, and data analysis that help drive project success and innovation within the team. Help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture Key Responsibilities Assist engineers in the design, testing, and validation of Aviation Fuel Controls, Wheels, & Brake products and systems Support the preparation and execution of test plans and documentation Analyze test data and provide detailed test input/logs to engineering teams Maintain and coordinate calibration of engineering tools and equipment Collaborate with cross-functional engineering project and test teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
