$30/hour Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Marathon Health Clinic (Employer sponsored health center) Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Design and implement logic controller programming and modify existing logic programming, as requested Frequently assist in the design and installation of new or upgraded equipment and machinery (ex. conduit, wiring, power distribution, machine controls, machine automation, motors, counters, lighting and heat tracing) Complete complex troubleshooting of machinery and automation failures including motor control devices, input sensing devices and other output devices Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the reliability of plant assets while troubleshooting machinery and automation failures as necessary Independently inspect and complete maintenance on packaging equipment, processing equipment, storage systems, plant utilities and other mechanical and electrical systems Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to understand and communicate in English Preferred Qualifications Other minimum qualifications may apply Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
