Job Description
Job Summary Entry-Level Junior Engineer (Recent Graduates & Current Students) We are seeking motivated recent graduates and current students to join our team as Junior Engineers . In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers to interpret customer drawings and specifications, develop assembly processes, create manufacturing instructions, and design form boards using CAD software. The documentation you create will play a critical role in supporting our production teams as they build cables and wire harnesses. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development while giving you the opportunity to learn Celltron's engineering processes from seasoned team members. Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field Experience with electronics, mechanical assembly, or technical writing (preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred) Experience with 3D modeling software (preferred) Key Responsibilities Provide fabrication oversight, coordination, and support for production teams Create purchase requisitions for new and replacement parts and tooling Develop, manage, and maintain assembly processes and documentation Design and create form boards using CAD software Interpret customer assembly drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Design cable and wire harness layouts and produce supporting CAD drawings and documentation Develop electrical and mechanical assembly processes Prepare manufacturing instructions, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and other technical documentation while translating customer requirements, drawings, and specifications into production-ready instructions Celltron provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
