Kansas City, KS Pay:
$19-$23 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30

Full-Time Job Description A leading Kansas City manufacturing company is seeking experienced Laser Operators to join its team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with laser machine operation and Mastercam programming experience who are looking for a stable position with a strong work-life balance and a consistent four-day workweek.
Benefits Four-Day Workweek:
Work Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, with a consistent three-day weekend.
Competitive Pay:
$19-$23 per hour, based on experience.
Medical, Dental & Vision:
Benefits begin after 60 days of employment.
Day-One Benefits:
Eligible for holiday pay and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan beginning on the first day of employment.

Program laser equipment using Mastercam. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications. Perform basic mathematical calculations. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements Previous experience operating laser machines. Experience with Mastercam programming . Ability to read and interpret prints/blueprints. Experience performing quality inspections. Basic math skills. High school education or equivalent specialized training, vocational education, or relevant on-the-job experience. Ability to follow safety guidelines, work practices, and regulations. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation . Ability to stand and work on your feet for 10-hour shifts . Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment.
