Job Description

We are seeking dependable and detail‑oriented Production Associates to support an optical manufacturing operation in Lenexa, KS. This role involves preparing and loading optical lenses for automated robotic equipment while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety in a fast‑paced production setting. Daily production goals must be met while following work ticket specifications and safety standards.
  • Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Saturdays as needed
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • + Tray optical lenses and feed robotic machinery according to work ticket instructions + Review work tickets to correctly identify order details, dates, and color‑coded tray requirements + Place optical lenses onto conveyor belts accurately and efficiently (approximately 80-100 trays per hour) + Quickly identify and assign correct bin and storage locations for completed orders + Retrieve and replenish empty trays for continuous production flow + Maintain pace and quality standards in a high‑volume production environment + Follow all safety guidelines; protective eyewear is required and provided onsite •Work Environment•+ Fast‑paced, goal‑driven production floor + Standing, walking, and repetitive motions throughout the shift + Use of robotic and automated equipment + Safety‑focused environment with required personal protective equipment •Qualifications•+ Ability to work in a high‑paced environment with daily productivity goals + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to quickly identify work orders, locations, and color‑coded trays + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks + Dependable attendance and punctuality required + Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required •Why Work with Adecco•+ Weekly pay + Opportunity to gain experience in optical manufacturing + Support from a dedicated Adecco recruiter + Access to training and development opportunities Adecco is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.

  • $16.
