Full benefits package About the Position We're looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to maintain and troubleshoot production equipment and facility systems. This role combines electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting with preventive maintenance and equipment reliability work. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment Complete preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Diagnose problems using schematics, meters, manuals, and other tools Repair motors, sensors, wiring, bearings, pumps, valves, belts, and controls Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics Support HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and other facility systems as needed Respond to breakdowns and production maintenance requests Complete work orders and maintain accurate CMMS records Identify recurring failures and recommend reliability improvements Follow LOTO, confined space, and plant safety procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED 5+ years of industrial, manufacturing, or commercial maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls Ability to read electrical prints and schematics Preventive maintenance and CMMS experience Technical training or certification is a plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, work at heights, and enter confined spaces Flexibility for occasional weekend work and less than 10% travel Interested?
