Repair Technician

Overview We are seeking a motivated Repair Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of recreational vehicles and related equipment. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-quality service and reliable repairs, helping them enjoy their camping experience with confidence. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic assessments based on noted customer concerns. Repair and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems on RVs and related equipment. Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures during all repair activities. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Communicate clearly with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Assist in inspecting vehicles before and after repairs to guarantee quality standards are met. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times. Skills Proven experience in repairing recreational vehicles or similar systems is preferred. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to explain repairs clearly to customers and team members.

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
