Christian Based. We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance expert to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of our building's infrastructure and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a comfortable, safe, and efficient environment for all occupants and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills across various maintenance disciplines while contributing to the overall excellence of our facilities. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and mechanical equipment. Repair and troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, electrical equipment repair techniques, and tools such as ohmmeters. Conduct HVAC system repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal climate control throughout the facility. Utilize hand tools and power tools for carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, and general facility upkeep. Maintain facilities equipment by performing repairs on plumbing systems, electrical wiring, HVAC units, and other mechanical components. Supervise or assist with maintenance painting projects to uphold the building's interior aesthetics. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Lead or support maintenance operations with a focus on safety standards, quality workmanship, and timely completion of tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally. Document all maintenance activities thoroughly in logs or digital systems for future reference. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related roles with a strong mechanical background. Knowledge of electrical work including repair of electrical equipment and understanding of schematics. Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques. Familiarity with HVAC systems including repair, troubleshooting, and routine servicing. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and testing devices such as ohmmeters. Basic carpentry skills for building interior fixtures or performing repairs. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures within residential or commercial settings. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general facilities maintenance. Leadership or supervising experience is a plus; ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration.
