Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Slot Technician I to join our dynamic team in Kenner, United States. As a Slot Technician I, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electronic gaming machines while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and gaming regulations.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electronic gaming machines and related equipmentRespond to and resolve floor calls efficiently and independentlyExecute immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance proceduresConduct basic troubleshooting and diagnose common machine faultsIdentify electronic issues at the board level and escalate complex problems appropriatelyRead and interpret technical documentation and repair manualsOperate two-way radio systems for effective communicationStay current with new slot products and equipment updatesMaintain accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair activitiesFollow established safety protocols and gaming regulationsCollaborate with team members to ensure optimal gaming floor operationsQualificationsMust be 21 years of age or olderOne year of slot machine maintenance or related technical experience preferredGraduate of slot repair school or equivalent technical program preferredDemonstrated proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safelyBasic understanding of electronic and mechanical systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to read and interpret technical documentationBasic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentationExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and certificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyFlexibility to work various shifts as neededPhysical requirements:
