Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversees correct operation of video poker machines in designated truck stop locations.

Responsible for all aspects of device repair, machine conversions, changing class, routine preventative maintenance, and EPROM replacementPerform all responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and proceduresResponsible for completion of all necessary end-of-day paperwork and forwarding any end-of-day reports to the appropriate personnelResponsible for inventory and tracking of parts on hand.

Responsible for maintaining assigned company vehicle, including but not limited to: repairs and maintenance, oil changes, cleaning, etc.

Available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a weekMoves bases and machines as necessary at propertiesAttend regular Gaming Department meetings and share knowledge, work and repair methods with staffResponsible for adhering to all Company policies and procedures regarding the maintenance of key control of all gaming devicesMust establish a thorough familiarity with all test equipment and support equipment (currency counters, PD61, and other related equipment)

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

High School Diploma4 years of experience in the gaming/technical environmentAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read and interpret documents as well as write routine reports and correspondenceIdentification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United StatesMust possess valid Louisiana driving license
