Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversees correct operation of video poker machines in designated truck stop locations. Responsible for all aspects of device repair, machine conversions, changing class, routine preventative maintenance, and EPROM replacement Perform all responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures Responsible for completion of all necessary end-of-day paperwork and forwarding any end-of-day reports to the appropriate personnel Responsible for inventory and tracking of parts on hand. Responsible for maintaining assigned company vehicle, including but not limited to: repairs and maintenance, oil changes, cleaning, etc. Available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Moves bases and machines as necessary at properties Attend regular Gaming Department meetings and share knowledge, work and repair methods with staff Responsible for adhering to all Company policies and procedures regarding the maintenance of key control of all gaming devices Must establish a thorough familiarity with all test equipment and support equipment (currency counters, PD61, and other related equipment)

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

High School Diploma 4 years of experience in the gaming/technical environment Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to read and interpret documents as well as write routine reports and correspondence Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States Must possess valid Louisiana driving license
