This is a 1st shift direct hire opportunity. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment using technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Perform scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs on VI Chip production and test equipment in order to meet production schedules and ensure optimum operation of machinery. Provide continuous technical support to production operators. Train and evaluate operators on process and equipment knowledge. Qualifications Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting electrical systems, and reading schematics. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and industrial electrician skills including low voltage and high voltage applications. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting. Ability to operate technical tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, schematics reading tools, and precision measuring instruments.
