ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a hands-on automotive professional ready to work on the cutting edge of vehicle safety technology? ADAS Diagnostic Solutions — a division of Fuller Collision Group — is hiring an ADAS Mobile Calibration Technician to join our growing Auburn, MA team. You'll perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations, use industry-leading diagnostic tools, and help return vehicles to a safe, pre-loss condition. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on-site and off-site Complete minor diagnostics, minor wiring repairs, and A/C evac/recharge (R-1234YF) Interpret manufacturer technical data and repair instructions to execute accurate, safe repairs Communicate professionally with insurance companies, customers, and team members throughout the repair process Explain technical diagnoses clearly and confidently to customers Participate in daily production meetings to report on past, present, and future progress Maintain tools and equipment in accordance with company policy Follow all OSHA and hazardous waste regulations Stay current on industry developments through ongoing training and vendor resources
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum 2 years of automotive experience OR technical school graduate Valid driver's license required State-required certifications or licenses as applicable Ability to read and comprehend repair plans and technical instructions Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely Strong customer service and communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing 6-8 hours per shift Lifting up to 70 lbs. Bending, stretching, and climbing as needed Driving vehicles for road tests and bay movement Work environment includes exposure to noise, vibration, fumes, dust, and hazardous/non-hazardous materials typical of an auto repair facility
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
