Job Description

Engineering Technician III - Role in Billerica, MA Are you passionate about hands-on problem-solving and working in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client, an established player in the Medical Device Manufacturing sector, is seeking an Engineering Technician III to join their team. This role is a prime opportunity to contribute your expertise in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting while collaborating with teams dedicated to quality-driven outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to achieve uninterrupted operations. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems to quickly address and fix production-related issues. Assist in the commissioning and decommissioning of equipment for new or modified setups. Execute root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for equipment failures. Document maintenance activities in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Essential Skills Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting:
3-4 years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing equipment.
Preventative Maintenance:
Proven ability to perform detailed equipment maintenance to prevent downtime.
Equipment Commissioning:
Familiarity with commissioning/decommissioning factory machinery.
Manufacturing Experience:
Competence in working within a quality-regulated environment.
Working Conditions Available shifts:
1st (~6:00 am-2:30 pm) & 2nd (~2:00 pm-10:30 pm). Physical activity required; must be comfortable lifting 25-30 lbs and working on a manufacturing floor. If you're ready to leverage your technical skills and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, apply today to join our client's team!
