8:00AM - 5:00

PM Pay :

$25/hour Responsibilities Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of electro-mechanical life support consoles. Maintain calibration standards for all test equipment used in servicing. Provide internal service to the pool of service loaners and marketing consoles. Offer basic telephone support to customers and field-based sales, clinical, and marketing teams. Ensure an adequate level of service inventory is available for day-to-day service needs. Provide rotating 24/7 on-call service support coverage for customers and field teams. Support manufacturing with testing and burn-in of spare parts. Assist Engineering with complaint follow-up, including evaluation, testing, investigation, and closeout. Document all services performed neatly and accurately. Communicate issues to the manager and admin team in a timely manner. Perform comprehensive reviews of service history for each console prior to servicing. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and follow established SOPs, processes, and procedures. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danvers, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
