This role is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and essential to maintaining product quality and production efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet for extended periods, enjoys repetitive but skilled tasks, and takes pride in producing high‑quality, uniform prerolls. Key Responsibilities Operate infusion machinery to accurately infuse prerolls according to established specifications. Monitor machine performance throughout the shift and make minor adjustments as needed to maintain consistency. Inspect prerolls before and after infusion to ensure quality standards are met. Load, unload, and handle prerolls with care to prevent damage or contamination. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area following company SOPs and safety guidelines. Track production output and document batch information with accuracy. Communicate equipment issues or irregularities to supervisors or maintenance staff promptly. Assist with routine machine cleaning, calibration, and basic troubleshooting. Qualifications High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks. Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with production equipment is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, production‑oriented environment. Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic. Willingness to learn and adhere to strict quality and safety standards. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for an entire shift. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed. Manual dexterity for handling small, delicate products.
