Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Facilities / Lab Operations Technician to support daily operations within a robotics and warehouse testing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facilities with a strong understanding of OSHA and workplace safety standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining operational schedules across multiple work cells with robotics and automation equipment, managing inventory and checkout processes for tools and equipment, and conducting routine safety inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety protocols. The role will also support new equipment installations by coordinating utilities, marking utility drops, taking measurements, and assisting with material staging and delivery management. Candidates should be comfortable providing basic mechanical support during equipment installations and acting as a point of contact for cross-functional teams across operations, facilities, and engineering.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities, lab operations, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments Strong OSHA and workplace safety background Hands-on experience with facilities operations and equipment support Understanding of low-voltage systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical tasks
