Job Description

Powersports Technician Lincoln Powersports is expanding and actively seeking a skilled Powersports Technician to join our growing service department. We are a multi-line dealership servicing Polaris, Ski-Doo, Can-Am, CFMOTO, Yamaha, Mercury Outboards, and more. Job Responsibilities Diagnose and repair
ATV / UTV
units Service and repair snowmobiles Work on side-by-sides Marine service (outboards & boats) Perform accessory installations Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) Maintain clean and organized work area Document work performed accurately Manufacturer Training & Certifications Provided At Lincoln Powersports, we invest in our technicians. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to receive official manufacturer certifications through: Polaris BRP (Can-Am & Ski-Doo) CFMOTO Yamaha Mercury Marine This includes: Travel to manufacturer training facilities Hands-on factory training Online certification modules Advanced diagnostic training Career advancement opportunities All training, travel, and certification expenses are covered by the dealership. We don't just hire technicians — we develop certified professionals. Qualifications Mechanical experience required (powersports experience preferred) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Clean and organized work habits Positive team attitude Valid driver's license Certifications are a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
