Job Description

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking experienced Electronic Test Technicians in the South Portland, ME area to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debugging and repair, ensuring all tested products meet or exceed customer requirements. You'll troubleshoot boards down to the component level and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues before final disposition.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot circuit boards down to the component level. Read, interpret, and respond to electrical schematics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Materials, Production, and Engineering. Enter and track yield and troubleshooting data for tested products. Develop and improve test procedures and processes. Interface with customer engineering departments to support product and testing requirements. Comply with company standards, including ESP, IPC-610, and ISO policies. Maintain preventative maintenance logs and records. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Desired Background/Skills:
Associate degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent experience preferred. Three or more years of related work experience. Strong troubleshooting skills related to test failures. Experience operating electronic test equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Team-oriented and highly motivated.
