Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Electrical Technician will perform hands-on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and rework of automotive wire harnesses and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Assemble, route, splice, crimp, solder, and repair automotive wire harnesses. Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters and other testing equipment. Perform continuity, voltage, and functional testing. Inspect wiring, connectors, terminals, and harness assemblies. Perform electrical rework and modifications based on engineering requirements. Work with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Automotive electrical, wire harness, or electrical technician experience. Ability to read electrical schematics. Experience with splicing, crimping, soldering, and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to use hand tools and electrical test equipment.
Pay:
$24.00 - $29.00 per hour
