Job Description

Join a dynamic engineering team where your organizational expertise and attention to detail will directly support innovative powertrain development. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly—partnering with engineers and leadership to streamline communication, coordinate activities, and ensure critical projects stay on track. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global exposure, where your contributions will have a visible impact on team success. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for team members and leadership Prepare, format, and distribute technical reports, presentations, and meeting materials Track project updates, action items, and key deliverables to support team accountability Maintain organized records, documentation systems, and SharePoint sites Support onboarding, travel logistics, and day-to-day team operations Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and global partners Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and administrative workflows Qualifications Minimum Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of recent experience providing administrative support to senior leadership Experience with SAP/Ariba Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) Candidates must demonstrate advanced skills (80% or higher assessment score required) Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting engineering or technical teams Experience working in a global environment, including coordination across time zones Familiarity with SharePoint or document management systems Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) Interest in leveraging new tools and technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency Experience supporting project tracking or reporting activities What You Bring Strong communication and collaboration skills High level of organization and attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate team needs •1486682•Company Overview Adapt Technology is a US-based engineering and staffing firm specializing in delivering innovative solutions across diverse industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical, and heavy equipment. Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
