Job Description

Join a hands-on engineering environment where your technical expertise directly supports advanced vehicle testing and emissions development. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and play a critical role in ensuring vehicle performance, compliance, and quality. What You'll Do Set up test vehicles on a chassis dynamometer following established standard processes Configure and operate chassis dynamometers and emissions analyzers based on detailed engineering work requests Conduct vehicle testing using prescribed EPA drive cycles such as FTP-75, US06, and HFET, or as directed by engineering teams Perform particulate filter measurements with strict adherence to clean-environment handling procedures Support daily test scheduling and coordination to ensure efficient workflow Maintain organized, clean, and fully operational test cells Actively participate in safety and quality initiatives Work in environmental test chambers with temperatures ranging from -35°C to 50°C What You Bring High School diploma required; Associate degree or trade school certification preferred Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in chassis dynamometer emissions testing Proven experience with EPA drive cycles (FTP-75, US06, HFET), emissions analyzer setup, and dynamometer operation Strong safety-first mindset and ability to work with precision in regulated testing environments Clean driving record (motor vehicle record review required) What Sets You Apart Experience in general automotive repair ASE Certifications Why This Role Work directly with advanced emissions and vehicle testing systems Gain exposure to structured engineering processes and development programs Build technical depth in a highly specialized testing environment Be part of a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement If you are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and ready to contribute to high-impact vehicle testing operations, this opportunity offers both challenge and professional growth. •1487704•Company OverviewADAPT Technology is a US-based engineering and staffing firm dedicated to delivering innovative solutions across diverse industries, including automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, and medical sectors.
