Job Description
Step Into a Day on Our Floor You arrive before sunrise, power up diagnostic tools, and walk the line. By 5:00am, you're checking critical systems on high-speed equipment. An HMI flag pops—within minutes, you're inside the panels, tracing signals, reading ladder logic, and bringing a line back to peak performance. Midday you pivot to preventative work, documenting everything in our maintenance system. By late afternoon, you're fine-tuning pneumatics, confirming hydraulic set points, and handing off a clean, organized work area. You wrap at 5:00pm knowing uptime stayed strong because of your expertise.
Schedule & Pay Hourly Pay:
$28.00- $35.
Shift:
1st Shift, 5:00am- 5:00pm 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule Alternate 36-hour and 48-hour weeks with built-in long weekends every other week What You'll Tackle Pinpoint and repair electrical, mechanical, and controls issues to reduce downtime Troubleshoot PLC-driven machinery and interpret ladder logic to isolate faults Execute preventive maintenance to lift reliability and throughput Adjust mechanical systems; complete timely equipment repairs Record work accurately in the maintenance management system Keep the work area orderly and safe Pitch in on additional maintenance and production needs as required Systems & Tools You'll Work With PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic HMI systems with basic programming/interface work Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment High-speed manufacturing machinery What You Bring Required 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance Strong mechanical problem-solving skills Ability to read mechanical and electrical prints Comfort using basic computers and maintenance software Preferred Hands-on electrical troubleshooting PLC experience (fault-finding, ladder logic) HMI programming or interface exposure Advanced hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge Experience using meters and performing electrical measurements Additional (as needed) Lockout/Tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined space training CPR/First Aid certification Rewards That Recognize Your Impact $1,500 retention bonus within your first year Paid holidays beginning Day 1 Overtime pay: time-and-a-half after 40 hours; double time after 48 hours Quarterly profit sharing with no cap 401(k) with company contribution and employee match Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting Day 1 Tuition assistance for career-related education Employee assistance program and wellness support Culture & Growth We live by
