Integrity Import Service, a trusted independent shop for Japanese and import vehicles, is seeking a Senior Master Technician to lead complex diagnostics and repairs. You'll pinpoint drivability and electrical issues, perform advanced mechanical work, and verify repairs with precision. This role includes mentoring junior techs, collaborating closely with service advisors, and clearly explaining findings and recommendations. In our low-drama, team-focused environment, you'll work with modern tools, deepen your expertise on diverse import models, and help maintain our reputation for honest, high-quality service. Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics on import vehicles, including drivability and electrical issues Complete complex mechanical repairs and verify quality of all work performed Lead and mentor junior technicians on best practices and repair procedures Collaborate with service advisors on accurate estimates and repair timelines Document findings, recommendations, and repairs clearly in shop systems Conduct thorough inspections and preventive maintenance services Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and use equipment properly Support a culture of honesty, craftsmanship, and strong customer relationships Required Skills Automotive diagnostics OBD-II scan tool operation Electrical and drivability diagnostics Engine and transmission repair Brake and suspension service Preventive maintenance and inspections Service writing and repair documentation Customer communication Use of shop information systems (ALLDATA/Mitchell, etc.) Safety and shop equipment operation
